VINCI PARTNERS ANNOUNCES A R $ 364 MILLION CAPITAL INCREASE FOR SHOPPING MALL REIT

Rio de Janeiro, September 27, 2021 – Vinci Partners Investments Ltd. (NASDAQ: VINP) (“Vinci Partners”, “we”, “our” or “our”), the controlling company of a leading alternative investment platform in Brazil, today announced the closing of the seventh issue additional quotas for Vinci Shopping Centers FII (“VISC”, “the Fund”), a listed shopping center SPI managed by the Real Estate segment of Vinci Partners.

VISC is a listed REIT with perpetual capital, focused on generating income for its quota holders through the acquisition of shopping centers in Brazil. This fundraising adds BRL 364 million of perpetual capital to the assets under management of Vinci Partners (“AUM”) in private market strategies.

With the proceeds of the offering, the Fund acquired stakes in four shopping centers in a transaction of R $ 660 million with Ancar Ivanhoé (“the Company”), one of the pioneering companies in the shopping center sector. sales in Brazil, reaching full deployment status.

The transaction included (i) a 21.5% stake in Pantanal Shopping, in Cuiabá, Mato Grosso; (ii) 49.0% of the capital of Porto Velho Shopping, in Porto Velho, Rondônia; (iii) 40.0% of the capital of Shopping Boulevard, in Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, and (iv) 100% of the capital of North Shopping Maracanaú, in Maracanaú, Ceará.
